Review all animal control invoices and insure charges are reasonable and appropriate Place orders as required for livestock feed, cleaning supplies, office and medical suppliesĬoordinate animal medical and grooming services Material Ordering & Invoice Reconciliation Interact with City finance staff and prepare requested reportsĪssist with Animal Control budget and budget management Manage cash drawer, credit & debit transactions, including daily reconciliation and balancing Process monthly and yearly City of Norco Animal Control reports and statistics Maintain public education documents and flyersĪnswer phones: provide general information and/or direct public to appropriate animal control and wild life resources Process Bite Reports, Animal Cruelty Reports, and Citizen ComplaintsĮdit/update animal adoption websites as neededĬoordinate donations and educate potential donors Process requests for service, follow up with clients and dispatch officers Process counter and mail in dog licenses and renewals This list of typical duties is illustrative only, and is not a comprehensive listing of all functions and tasks performed.
