Try to burn them before they get up, but if not just kill them and run into the next room. Go through the door at the end and when you walk forward some bodies will fall. Jump down when you have to and make sure to climb out of the water and walk on the fallen walls to avoid the water, and grab some items. Kill them, run on and make sure to check the small room to your left.

Listen to your partner as he instructs you on how to release the tank. Again, deal with him from a distance, run into the cell and follow the path until you reach the control panel. In the final cell an enemy will walk out. You will find a bunch of cells, but don't worry as the enemies can't get out. He has dynamite so deal with him quickly, from a distance. As you run down the hall, you will pass an explosive barrel, then a enemy jumps out. Follow the pipes leading out of the tank. The next part is timed, so you will need to hurry.
Once you have it, reload all your guns and go through the double doors. Once there, grab the Map Fragment near your partners feet. That's it for items, so go back to the real world. There is a Newspaper on the stand, so make sure to grab it. Go through it to enter the hospital again. With your friend proceed on until you reach the room with the double doors. Go through, then walk down the hall to find a friend. Once you grab it, push the left button, then head out to the wall and the blood will reveal a door. The last room has a ghost in a wheelchair. This room has nothing in it, so simply push the left button to cause the blood to leave the room. The next room has a child writing on the wall. Push the right one, as the left one kills you. Once you have it, go to the corpse and interact with it to see two buttons. Enter and on the table to the left is an Audio Tape.
One room will have a ghost working on a patient. The order does not matter, you simply must look through all three eventually. There are small holes in the wall though, and each time you look through one, a door appears. Continue on down the hall and you will end up in a room with no doors. Once through, make sure to smash the cabinets and get the Green Gel. Sneaking the rest of the way, you will be able to reach the door and swipe the keycard to get through. The first appears as you approach the double doors to leave the room.
On your way back, some new invisible enemies will have spawned. Now with it, you can head back to the locked door you spotted earlier, before all the invisible enemies. Once dead, explore the area and grab the items, which include a Syringe, some Green Gel and a Keycard. You can go back through the doors to slow him down, or just blast your shotgun and hit him. The next enemy will start running towards after coming through the doors. After killing him, loot the area and go through the double doors.

The first appears as you enter the room full of medical beds. The following areas can be annoying, as there are going to be some invisible enemies ahead. To proceed, crawl under or shoot through the wood that is across the door frame. Shoot it and go grab the key it drops, and collect the other items kicking around the area as well. When you do, you will see some rats running around, one of which has a statue on its back. This guy isn't a ghost, so fire your shotgun or Agony Crossbow to stun him and make him visible.Īfter it dies, you can carry on into the bathroom with the broken wall. It will suddenly move, and that is because an invisible enemy is rushing you. As you get near the end of the hall, you will see a stretcher blocking the path. There are a few good jump scares here, but they are just ghosts, let them disappear. Do Not shoot at anything you see, they are all ghosts. Start down the next hall, checking each room you come across for items. Once you exit the hospital, leave the small room and on the floor in front of you will be a Map Fragment.
